You retain ownership of any nano banana prompts you provide. By submitting prompts, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such prompts solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use images generated through the Service (including nano banana figures, models, and related content) for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to use generated images to improve our Service, provided that such use does not identify you personally.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. "NanoBananas" and related trademarks are our property.
Our nano banana AI is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free service at any time, but will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. We may offer premium features in the future, but the core functionality will remain free.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any nano banana figures or models generated through the Service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
